Plastic PP/PE/PS/LLDPE Film Pelletizing Machine
PP PE Plastic Film Recycling/Pelletizing/Granulating Machine is mainly used for recycling and granualting waste PP PE film,woven bags,shopping bags,agriculture film into standard 3mm*3mm plastic granules.
The KPM series compacting and pelletizing system combines four functions to one step, including crushing, compacting, plasticizing and pelletizing. The series is a solution to re-pelletizing of plastic films, raffias, filaments, bags, woven bags and foaming materials.

How it works?
Feeding is automatic at customer's request. Motor devices of conveyor belt and hauling device cooperate with ABB inverter.
2.Crushing and compacting
The materials are cut, mixed, heated, dried, densified and buffered in the shredding drum, which enables a rapid and stable feeding from the compactor directly into the single-screw extruder. Thus the tangentially connected extruder is filled continuously.
3.Plasticization and degassing
In the specialized single extruder screw, the materials are plasticised. In the vacuum degassing zone, the homogenized material is degassed.
The melt is conveyed by the following meter zone to double -station screen changer, which presents remarkable filtration performance.
It is standard for Benk to use Die-face water ring pelletizing system and self-adjusting pelletizing head for the best granules.
6.Vibration dry and packing system
Advanced dewatering vibration sieve together with horizontal-type centrifugal dewatering present high performance dried pellets and lower energy consumption.

3.Many materials can be processed directly without need of the upstream pre-shredding, which reduces the operational cost dramatically.
